All products are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Please note; we are not liable for damage or loss during shipping, such matters are to be addressed direct with the relevant shipping company.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) we will gladly provide a credit, exchange or refund for the purchase price less shipping costs. Please email us at dawn (at) bluebearbeads.com or call (828) 216-9929 prior to shipping your return.

Credit, exchange or refund will only be provided upon the return of the purchased item(s) in the exact same saleable condition that the item(s) were originally shipped. You must include relevant sales order(s) and the item(s) must be returned within 10 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted past the 10 day period.

We are not responsible for the cost of any return shipments, with no exceptions. Returns must be addressed to:

Exchange, Credit or Refunds will be made upon the satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s). Custom & Individually made to order items, may not be returned for credit, exchange or refund, with no exception.
